Because of the artistic nature of many of our products no two items are ever the same. Each piece of work is different and may vary. Customers should understand that each piece is individual and designed by hand.

NorthWest Iron Works disclaims liability for loss, damages (indirect, direct, or incidental), injury, suit, or claim, to person or property arising out of or related to purchase, installation, or operation of NorthWest Iron Works gate or other iron product. We are proud of our quality custom iron work and our quality finishes however, most of our products can and will be affected by time and elements and we cannot guarantee finishes or electrical components. They will eventually need repair or replacement to maintain function.
A 50% deposit must be made at the time of order, including estimated shipping and handling. Purchaser has 3 calendar days upon received payment to cancel contract, after this deposits are non-refundable.
Final payment must be made at the time of delivery.
